The world is experiencing a drastic age change, from the ravishes of a tired Industrial Age system which has left us with a withering planetary environment & a legacy of debt;, into the potentials of a new Information Age culture. We have the tools to make it successfully by adopting new ways of interaction in commerce and developing cooperative sustainable solutions.

Ages are defined by there economic models, which then create the societal structures, together these make up the socio-economic model of each age.    If we are to live sustainably and peacefully we need a new model for the new age which is cooperative instead of competitive, where value is based on human creativity and knowledge as opposed to relying just on natural resources.  The Information Age offers this opportunity, where one could shoot a lion video instead of a lion for their skin and earn enough to care for their family.  For the poor in developing countries in particular to evolve out of poverty without relying on use of their natural resources to create value, they must be given access to the global knowledge marketplace of the Internet.
